Sync Canada is a leadership programme for Deaf and disabled Canadian arts and culture professionals with the goal of developing innovative leadership skills and practices across the arts, culture, and heritage sectors.

The Sync Canada programme unfolded in two iterations: the Sync Canada – Quebec programme between October 2020 and January 2021, followed by the Sync Canada/UK programme between February and April 2021. The programme is facilitated by Sarah Pickthall, co-founder of Sync Leadership in the UK.

Sync Canada is an initiative of partners British Council, VibraFusionLab, and Canada Council for the Arts.
